Saad P. Aslam is the Executive Vice President and Head of Credit Review at Citizens Bank. In this capacity he leads the bank’s Credit Review function and a third line team responsible for management of enterprise-wide commercial and consumer credit risk. He responsibilities include ongoing engagement with bank’s key regulators OCC FRB Boston and FDIC. Prior to joining Citizens Saad was the Executive Vice President for Credit Risk Management at PNC Financial Services Inc. in Pittsburgh. At PNC Saad had the highest-level loan approval authority lead the Credit Risk Strategy function and was Chairman of Commercial Reserves Committee. Saad also established the bank’s independent Credit Risk Review function in the 2nd line. Saad is a graduate of the business school at The Johnson School Cornell University. Saad is currently actively involved in community arts and social activities in this respect he is a member of board of directors for Pittsburgh Opera and Steel City Squash.
